2. Personal data we collect
Contact form and direct inquiries
If you submit the contact form or email us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project description, and any other information included in your message.
Technical and security data
When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser type, device information, and server logs. This is used to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
Analytics data
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you consent to analytics cookies. If accepted, Google Analytics may process usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer, session data, and interaction events. Analytics helps us understand website performance and improve content.

4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate this website and handle communications:
- Google Cloud Run and related Google Cloud services for website hosting, security, and server operation.
- Resend for sending contact-form emails to MCP.
- Google Analytics 4 for analytics, only after analytics consent.
- LinkedIn if you choose to click the LinkedIn link; LinkedIn then processes your visit under its own policies.
These providers may process data in countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
5. Cookies and consent
We do not load Google Analytics until you accept analytics cookies. You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings. Essential local storage is used to remember your choice.
To support GDPR accountability, we also keep a server-side consent record when you accept, reject, or update cookie preferences. The record contains a pseudonymous consent ID, your analytics choice, the consent and policy version, timestamp, page, and whether GA4 was configured. It does not contain your contact-form message.

6. Retention
Contact-form and email inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and keep appropriate business records. Cookie consent records are kept in Google Cloud Logging for accountability and audit purposes according to the logging retention configured for the Cloud project. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security, diagnostics, and operational purposes unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are located and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
